Children can gain several benefits by learning grappling skills for self-defense. Here are some of the advantages:

It is important to note that while grappling skills can be valuable for self-defense, it is always recommended to prioritize de-escalation, avoiding confrontations when possible, and seeking help from trusted adults or authorities in dangerous situations.

There will be a belt test at the end of the series on Aug. 22nd, students can earn their next belt in grappling. (Additional belt test fee)
